Cost of Delivery
The cost of delivery is in addition to the price of the wine and shall be set at $10 per case of up to 12 bottles of wine.
Orders of 2 cases or more will get free standard shipping to any New Zealand address.
All orders dispatched to an address within New Zealand are delivered door to door and will require a signature upon delivery.
Post Haste are our Couriers and you will have to sign for your order. You will need to give your authority to leave your order with No signature required on your delivery instructions.
Track and Trace is standard for all orders dispatched. The Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
In the event that the Customer is unable to take delivery of the goods as arranged then Bring a Bottle shall be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for redelivery. Delivery of goods to a third party nominated by the Customer is deemed to be delivered to the Customer for the purpose of this agreement.
Bring a Bottle shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatever due to failure by Bring a Bottle to deliver the goods promptly or at all, where due to circumstances beyond the control of Bring a Bottle.
Target Delivery Times
All orders sent within New Zealand are targeted for delivery between 3-5 working days.
Bring a Bottle makes every effort to ensure that delivery timeframes are accurate. However, the delivery times stated assume that there are no unforeseen events.
By placing your order, you agree not to hold Bring a Bottle liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.
Bring a Bottle and the Customer agree that ownership of the Goods shall not pass until the customer has paid the amount owing for the particular Goods. Receipt by Bring a Bottle of any form other than cash shall not be deemed payment until that form of payment has been honoured, cleared or recognised and until then Bring a Bottle ownership or rights in respect of the Goods shall continue.
Authority to Leave.
Courier companies used by Bring a Bottle require you to sign for your order. You will need to give your authority to leave your order with No signature required on your delivery instructions.
If any orders are found to be misaddressed by Bring a Bottle then Bring a Bottle will be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the item(s). If the customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then Bring a Bottle will not refund or resend the product and all responsibility will be borne by the customer.
The Customer shall inspect the Goods on delivery and shall within 30 days of delivery (time being of the essence) notify Bring a Bottle of any alleged defect, shortage of quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description.
The Customer shall afford Bring a Bottle an opportunity to inspect the Goods with a reasonable time following delivery if the Customer believes the Goods are defective in any way.
If the Customer shall fail to comply with these provisions the Goods shall be presumed to be free from any defect or damage. For defective Goods, which Bring a Bottle has agreed in writing that the Customer is entitled to reject, Bring a Bottle’s liability is limited to either (at Bring a Bottle’s discretion) replacing the Goods.
