Mystery Nelson Pinot Noir 2022
Professional Reviews & Awards
ExcellentBy Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier
A very enticing bouquet indeed, aromas dark cherry and Doris plum skin, the layer of baking spices and mild toasty barrel add complexity and depth. Youth and power, some perfume and mineral earth qualities. An abundance of fine tannins works in harmony with acidity to deliver a velvet texture and crisp youthful mouthfeel contrast the core of red berry fruit flavours. A young wine with drink now and cellar attributes - you decide. Best drinking from late 2024 through 2029.

Splendidly ripe and fragrant, the bouquet shows dark plum, blueberry, cedar and warm spice aromas, leading to a wonderfully weighted palate offering fleshy texture and rounded tannins, finishing long and velvety. At its best: now to 2030.
