The fruit for this wine was destemmed and harvested in the cool of morning, then pressed immediately at the winery to ensure a wonderful dusky pink colour. The juice was cold settled then fermented cool to preserve its distinct pure fruit aromas and subtle floral aromatics. This 2019 Pinot Rosé shows enticing aromas of red cherry and sweet spice with subtle white peach. The palate is lively and delicious, with refreshing flavours of watermelon and cranberry balanced by juicy crispness on a dry finish.
