Notes | A Riesling which brings together outstanding fruit from two of New Zealand’s pre-eminent growing areas – Marlborough and Waipara. Following harvest, parcels of fruit were gently pressed before settling for 36 hours. From there the juice was racked and underwent cool temperature fermentation. Our winemakers tasted the wine through the ferment and stopped it when the Riesling achieved the perfect balance of flavours. Love a riesling!
