  1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Employees of Bring a Bottle and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  2. Entry Period: The giveaway begins on 24 November 2023 at 00:00:00 and ends on 30 November 2023 at 23:59:59 (NZST).
  3. How to Enter: Participants must 1. Reply with “CHEERS” to the Giveaway email and 2. Click the Giveaway Entry button in the Giveaway email. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  4. Prizes:
    • First Prize: One (1) $150 voucher.Second Prize: One (1) $100 voucher.Third Prize: One (1) $50 voucher.
    Giveaway vouchers must be used in a single purchase.
  5. Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The draw will be conducted on 1 December 2023.
  6. Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via email within 5 days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  7. General Conditions:
    • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
    • Bring a Bottle reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice.
    • By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  8. Limitation of Liability: Bring a Bottle is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

  10. Governing Law: This giveaway is governed by the law of New Zealand and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
