Named after the solitary tree standing in the centre of Old House Vineyard Chardonnay block, the grapes for our 2018 One Tree Chardonnay were hand-picked and sorted in the vineyard, then wild yeast fermented and aged for 11 months in French oak. It has smooth floral and spice notes, backed by a good structure, balance, and length on the finish.
