Named after a landmark building beside the majestic River Murray in South Australia. On the banks of the river Murray are our shiraz vineyards, grown in ancient limestone soils this region has warm days with cool nights which gives vibrancy and intensity to the fruit flavours. Tasting Notes Red cherry, cinnamon with a spicy bouquet and subtle aromas of oak and cured meats. Strawberry and raspberry fruit dominate the front palate with dried herbs and baking spices balancing providing complexity and finesse. The medium tannins and subtle oak round out the end of the palate giving a satisfying jammy finish. |
