Notes | WINEMAKING & MATURATION Grapes were picked in the cool of the night and crushed immediately into stainless steel fermenters for 7-10 days. After pressing off skins, the wine was then matured in new and older hogsheads for 15 months prior to bottling and release. Barrel aged? Yes. American New Age: 25%. Barrel Size: 300L. COLOUR Deep purple core with a bright crimson edge. NOSE/ AROMA Lifted red berries, plum and some lifted coconut/vanilla aromas. PALATE Full bodied with a velvety tannins.
