Grapes were picked in the cool of the night and crushed immediately into stainless steel fermenters for 7-10 days. After pressing off skins, the wine was matured in a mix of older French and American oak hogsheads and stainless steel tanks for 12 months prior to blending and bottling. COLOUR Bright and vibrant red colour. NOSE/AROMA Juicy red cherries and a hint of dusty mocha oak.
